I’m Katie Kyle, a psychotherapist based in New York City. I work with individuals and couples. In my practice, I help people figure out what can be improved in their lives to help them feel better, while exploring how systemic problems contribute to individual problems. I work with people who have anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, difficult family dynamics, OCD, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I also specialize in working with people who have a religious background and faith-based concerns.
